I exclusively use Softflex nylon-wrapped wire for my products. If the wire breaks within 100 days of purchase, contact me on Etsy or via email for return information. I will repair the item and replace any beads at no cost. After 100 days, there will be a charge of $25.
I want people to have unique items. Therefore, my gemstone and glass juzu are one of a kind, and I don't repeat designs. Some gemstones are rare or hard to source for reasonable prices (e.g., stromatolite, freshwater pearls), and I won't or can't offer them again.
When contacting me for personalized items, please ensure that you include "Inquiry for custom juzu/jewelry" in the subject line of your email or use the "Request custom order" button in my Etsy shop (https://buddhabeadsbyfreya.etsy.com). I will ask specific questions to understand your preferences, such as favorite gemstones, colors, and astrological signs, to create a product that aligns with your vision. After confirming the availability of materials from my suppliers, I will present you with various color schemes, gemstone combinations, and their respective prices. Once you have made your selection or provide feedback for any changes, I will proceed with ordering the beads and crafting your product. Before finalizing the design, I will send you a picture of the layout for your approval. Once approved, the product will be completed, and no further changes can be made. It's important to note that customized orders may incur higher costs due to the time and effort invested in meditating and carefully selecting the best design for you. This process is also more time-consuming.
I only sell finalized products and do not make any changes to completed offers. If you have specific requirements, consider placing a custom order, which I am happy to accommodate.
I track every order so you can easily monitor its status. If your order fails to arrive and the tracking remains 'in transit' for several days past the estimated arrival date, promptly visit your post office and file a search request using the tracking number. Also, please notify me promptly about your undelivered order. I will take immediate action and file a search request on my end. Please be aware that I cannot provide a refund or send a replacement until I receive the final report from the carrier confirming that your package is lost. I'd appreciate it if you're still waiting for the final report before further action can be taken.
Please promptly communicate with your household members and neighbors and contact your local post office. Once the tracking confirms delivery, our transaction is considered complete, and I cannot be held accountable for any theft or loss of the delivered goods. This responsibility falls to the USPS or your postal carrier. It's important to note that mail theft is a federal crime, and appropriate action should be taken.
I do not offer refunds or returns on any of my items due to the nature of the products. Jewelry and prayer beads are in close and prolonged contact with our skin. Our skin contains oil, sweat, minerals, and microbes, and perfumes or lotion residues might still be found there. All these things will be transferred onto the beads of the Juzu and jewelry, which will get absorbed by the beads and/or create a tarnish. I can not reuse or resell any used items because this is unethical and unhygienic. More often than not, gemstones or wooden beads get damaged by deep cleaning or sanitization.Â
